  • 4 cod fillet (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 50 g herb butter
  • some salt and pepper
  • Grease for the slide

Instructions

  1. Cut the leek, carrots, and zucchini into long thin strips. Grease 4 large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the vegetable strips evenly among them, seasoning each portion with salt and pepper.
  2. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper. Place one fillet on top of the vegetables on each foil piece. Spread the herb butter on top of each fillet and drizzle everything with lemon juice.
  3. Fold and seal each piece of foil into a packet by crimping the edges tightly.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) with conventional heat. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until the cod flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
