Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200 g shrimp (s), frozen
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and roughly cut two thirds of it into cubes, put in the blender. Add the sour cream, basil, lemon juice and a little salt and pepper. Puree, add seasoning if necessary.
  2. Fry the prawns in a little oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Cut the remaining cucumber into small, bite-sized cubes.
  4. Put the soup in a plate, cucumber pieces and prawns as well (or serve separately). Finally, drizzle the oil and paprika mixture over the soup.
  5. Tip:
  6. If you don`t like prawns, you can leave them out and just make the soup.
