Ingredients

- 150 ml lemonade (lemon or orange)
- 250 ml oil
- 420 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- Food coloring, 4 different

- Mix the vanilla sugar, sugar and eggs until frothy. Add oil and lemonade. Mix the baking powder into the flour and add to the dough. Mix everything well (with a mixer). Divide the dough into four different bowls and color each with a color. Then alternately spoon the dough or use a small ladle to pour the dough into a Gugelhupf tin. Of course, grease the mold beforehand. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat or to 160 ° C convection. Bake the cake for about 55 minutes.

- You can also color the powdered sugar mass with food coloring and then leave out the sprinkles. Let the mixture dry on the cake and you`re done. You can also leave the food colors out of the cake completely, then it`s just a lemonade cake.
