Ingredients

  • 2 pork schnitzel from the top shell or nut
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 g oil or fat
  • 100 g cooked cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg in a plate and whisk. Scatter the breadcrumbs on another plate.
  2. Rinse the schnitzel with water, pat dry, pat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then turn in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil or fat in a frying pan and fry the schnitzel until golden brown on both sides. Then place the schnitzel with the hot side up on the plate for serving and pour the cooked cheese onto the hot schnitzel with a teaspoon so that it flows nicely through the heat.
  4. Croquettes, french fries, roast and duchess potatoes and a green lettuce are very good side dishes.
