  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small zucchini, diced
  • 200 g cottae cheese
  • 200 g herb quark
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 200 g pasta (croissants)
  • salt and pepper

  1. Fry the onion cubes in the butter until translucent. Add zucchini cubes and fry. Add the cottage cheese, herb quark, chives and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
