Ingredients

  • 800 little wheat flour
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 400 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g herbal cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Put the flour and salt in a bowl. To press a hollow in the middle. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm water. Pour the liquid into the well. Cover with a little flour and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then add the olive oil and cream cheese and knead everything in the food processor to form a smooth, supple yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  2. Then shape the dough into a roll and cut it into 12 equal-sized slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roll out approx. 2 cm thick with a rolling pin. Let go again for a moment. Brush the surface of the flatbreads with salted water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Tastes very good with soups and also with a hearty topping.
