Ingredients
- 1 small flat bread (s), alternatively toast
- 100 g spinach leaves, fresher
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- garlic
- pepper

- Quarter the tomatoes, cut the feta into small pieces.
- Clean and wash the spinach leaves and let them collapse in a pan with a little oil. Add tomatoes and cheese and heat everything briefly. Season with garlic and pepper.
- Meanwhile, toast the flatbread and place on a plate. Place the spinach mixture on top and enjoy.
