Ingredients
- 2 glasses fish fillet (s) (Bismarck herring)
- 5 pickled cucumber (s)
- 2 apples
- 1 vegetable onion (s)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup yogurt (whole milk)
- some sugar
- some pepper
- possibly salt if necessary

- Cut the herrings into pieces. Peel the apples and remove the core, peel the vegetable onions. Cut into cubes with the pickles.
- Now put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Season as needed and let steep in the refrigerator for 2 days.
- Tastes very good with jacket potatoes.
