Instructions

  1. Brush a small baking dish with garlic oil and place the fish fillet in it. Mix the tomatoes, cream and the finely diced onion in a bowl, season well and add a splash of lemon juice. Pour everything over the fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 °.
