Creamy Paprika Mince Stew

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 70 g bacon, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 thick onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 bell peppers, grilled and pickled (cut into small pieces)
- 1 can tomato (s), happened
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian ( . For dry and up to 3 for fresh ones)
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot pink
- salt and pepper

- Heat the oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the onion + garlic in it. Then fry the minced meat.
- In the meantime, cut the peppers into small pieces, including the pickled ones, and add to the meat.
- Deglaze the meat mixture with the tomatoes and vegetable stock and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook 1 large cup of rice separately.
- To refine: stir in 1 cup of sour cream and the herbs before serving.
- Add the rice and the whole thing with: 1 heaped. Tbsp paprika sweet and 1 tablespoon paprika hot pink, salt and pepper to taste.
- Tip: You can of course cook the rice completely in the stew, but you have to make sure that there is enough liquid, otherwise it will burn very easily!
