  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon rum, for children without rum

Instructions

  1. I always put all the ingredients together in my food processor and let them stir vigorously for about 5 minutes on level 3. Then let the dough stand for half an hour. Stir again briefly before baking.
  2. Makes a great dough that can be baked well on a real crepe plate. Thanks to the cream in the dough, you don`t need any fat for baking.
  3. If desired, you can fill the crepes sweet or with ham or cheese.
  4. I also like to use the dough for Christmas desserts, but then I add ½ grated gingerbread or some spice biscuits.
