  • 200 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 200 g suar, brown
  • 2 egg (s)

  • 300 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 75 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 75 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and fold in. Finally add the oat flakes and desiccated coconut. Place little heaps with 2 teaspoons at a distance on a baking sheet and bake for approx. 9 - 10 minutes at 160 ° convection. If you want, you can dip the cookies half in couverture or decorate them with sprinkles. The recipe makes about 4 baking trays / 75 biscuits.
