Ingredients

  • 1 pumpkin (se) (Hokkaido)
  • 5 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 clove (s) garlic chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 1 teaspoon herbal salt
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces. Make a marinade from oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic cloves, sugar, honey and herbal salt. Marinate the pumpkin pieces in it for 2 hours.
  2. After the marinating time, remove the pumpkin pieces and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 150 ° C for about 45 minutes.
