Crispy Sugar Waffles in a Frying Pan

It is hard to believe that it is so easy to cook these sugar waffles, and even without a special waffle iron, in an ordinary homemade frying pan. Nevertheless, it is so. And how to fill crispy wafer rolls, decide for yourself.

Ingredients

  • Egg whites – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Flour – 200 g
  • Butter – 25 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1-2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Combine egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar.
    Add milk, flour and knead the dough without lumps.
  2. Spread some dough very thinly on the cold surface of the pan (with a thin bottom).
  3. Fry the waffle with gentle heat on one side and the other.
    Better to use two pans, then the waffles will cool down one by one.
  4. Roll the waffles warm or they will break.
  5. Crispy sugar waffles are ready.
