Ingredients

  • Apple – 6 Pieces
  • Puff pastry – 200 grams (yeast-free)
  • Butter – 40 Grams
  • Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon – 0.5 Pieces

Directions

  1. Wash and peel the apples. Cut into small wedges, removing the core and seeds. Then pick the pieces with lemon juice.
  2. Heat oil in a cast-iron pan, add sugar to it, stirring constantly. Cook until completely dissolved and creamy.
  3. Now place the apple slices in the oil in the skillet. Cook them over low heat for 6 minutes.
  4. Defrost the dough and place on the table sprinkled with flour. Stretch it over the shape of the pan by cutting out a round shape.
  5. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover the apples in the skillet with the dough. Pierce it with a fork in several places.
  6. Bake the pie for 30 minutes. Serve pastries by turning the pan over.
