Loose rice in a frying pan is always tasty and healthy. Using a simple set of ingredients creates a satisfying meal for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Rice – 150 Grams
  • Bulb onion – 70 Grams
  • Tomatoes – 100 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 40 grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Black Pepper – To taste
  • Hot water – 250 grams

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for cooking crumbly rice in a skillet.
  2. Dice the onions and tomatoes.
  3. Fry vegetables until soft in a skillet with vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the washed rice into the skillet and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour in hot water and simmer the rice over low heat, covered for 20 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated.
  6. At the end, stir the dish and the rice will be crumbly.
  7. Serve the finished dish immediately.
