  • 250 g sunflower seeds, without shell
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g almond (s), diced
  • 125 g cane suar, brown, fine
  • 1 egg (s), beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix the sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, sliced almonds and cane sugar in a bowl. Beat the egg until frothy and mix in well.
  2. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps (approx. Two cm long) on non-stick paper and bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for approx. 15 to 20 minutes. Then let it cool down well!
