Ingredients

  • 250 ml yogurt, lean
  • 150 g cucumber (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander greens, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat the yoghurt with the whisk until creamy.
  2. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and chop finely or grate it on the coarse grater, add to the yoghurt with the salt, pepper, ground or pestle-pounded cumin and stir well.
  3. Decorate with paprika powder and the chopped coriander leaves.
  4. A wonderful dip for grilled or spicy curry dishes.
