Curd Casserole with Pineapple

Curd casserole is a mega-healthy dish. It can be cooked with different fruits or berries every time and will always be delicious.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Semolina – 30 g
  • Canned pineapple rings – 200 g
  • Raisins – 30 g
  • Bread crumbs – 20 g
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 5 g
  • Lemon (zest) – 0.5 pcs.
  • Canned cherries or other berries (for decoration)

Directions

  1. I put the curd in the chopper. I add to it the egg yolks, separated from the whites.
  2. I pour sugar into the egg whites and beat them slightly until white peaks do not have to be done.
  3. I add semolina, vanilla sugar, lemon zest to the grinder. And I pour in here the protein-sugar mass.
  4. I mix everything well in the food processor (you can manually, but then grains of cottage cheese will be felt in the casserole, and I like a homogeneous dessert). Pour boiling water over the raisins for 10 minutes.
  5. I add it to the curd mass and stir with a spoon. In the form, melt the butter and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I shake it lightly so that the dressing is evenly distributed. I pour the dough. I beautifully lay pineapple rings on top of it.
  6. I bake the curd casserole in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Let the casserole cool and gently remove it from the mold.
  7. Decorate the finished cottage cheese casserole with pineapples with cherries.
  8. Serve curd casserole with lemon balm tea.
