Ingredients
Low-fat cottage cheese – 600 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sugar – 100 g
Semolina – 100 g
Milk – 100 g
Butter – 50 g
Vanillin – 0.5 sachet
Raisins – 50 g
Directions
Pour raisins with boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then we drain the water.
Put cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, milk, softened butter, and vanillin in a bowl. Beat everything well.
Pour in the semolina little by little and stir so that there are no lumps. Add raisins.
Put the finished mass in a baking dish and leave for 30-40 minutes for the semolina to swell. We bake the curd casserole in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. until golden brown.
Leave the finished casserole in the form until it cools. Cottage cheese casserole with raisins is delicious both with sour cream and condensed milk!
