Curds with Hard Cheese and Herbs

Fragrant curds with cheese, fresh dill and spices are a great option for savory curd cakes. A little flour is used, the curds are tender. This recipe is definitely worth taking note of!

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 5% – 180 g
  • Hard cheese – 60 g
  • Fresh dill – 4-5 branches (10 g)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried garlic – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Transfer the cottage cheese to a deep bowl, in which it will be convenient to mix the components. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the bowl to the curd. Rinse and dry fresh dill. Chop the dill as small as possible and place in a bowl of cottage cheese and cheese. Add the egg. Then add wheat flour, paprika, salt and dried garlic. Stir well so that all the ingredients come together.
  2. Form small cheesecakes. Heat the frying pan well, brush with oil. Fry the curds and cheese over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve ready-made curds with cheese with sour cream, yogurt, your favorite sauce or fresh vegetables.
