Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 300 g currants
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and drain the currants.
  2. Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl. Beat together with eggs, oil and milk until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder and currants. Pour the batter into a muffin tray lined with paper liners.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
  4. Decorate as you wish.
