Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce with the oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard. Then dissolve the honey in 1 teaspoon of hot water and stir in as well. Peel the onion, dice very finely and stir into the marinade together with the curry powder, pepper and the Tabasco.
  2. Put the marinade together with the meat of your choice in a freezer bag and close it tightly. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Then fry on both sides either in a pan or on the hot grill.
  3. Tips: If you then bring the juices from the roasted meat to the boil with a mug of cream, you get a great sauce.
  4. The marinade goes particularly well with poultry and is sufficient for 500 g to 600 g meat.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
