Ingredients
- 10 g olive oil
- 120 g tomato ketchup
- 60 g water
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ broth, grained
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- possibly vinegar

- Mix the oil, tomato ketchup and water in a saucepan and cook for about 1 minute over high heat. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for another 3 minutes. Optionally, 1 teaspoon of vinegar can be added.
- For people who like it spicier, you can partially replace the tomato ketchup with spicy curry / chili ketchup. It`s quick and tastes delicious with a currywurst.
