Ingredients
- 6 sausages, without casing
- 20 tablespoon ketchup
- 22 tablespoon ketchup (curry)
- 5 dashes Tabasco
- 6 teaspoons, heaped curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- Cut the sausages into approx. 6 mm thin pieces and fry them in a pan.
- Meanwhile, put the curry ketchup and ketchup in a saucepan. Add Tabasco, 4 teaspoons of curry powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt and pepper and mix together. Now turn on the stove and heat the mixture for about 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of curry powder and mix. Take the bratwurst pieces out of the pan and pour the curry sauce over the sausage. Pour 2 teaspoons of curry powder over it using a sieve, depending on your taste.
- Serve with bread rolls.
