Delicious French Chocolate Cake

French chocolate cake is so delicious you can make it for any occasion! Moreover, the base of the cake is a biscuit, it can be layered with different fillings: cream, cream, jam.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 125 Grams
  • Chocolate – 200 Grams
  • Water – 3 Art. spoons
  • Baking Powder – 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Flour – 40 Grams
  • Cocoa powder – 30 Grams
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 200 Grams
  • Vanillin – To taste
  • Salt – 2 Pinches

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Melt butter, add chocolate. When it melts, remove from heat and add water.
  3. Add baking powder, flour and cocoa. Stir.
  4. Beat the yolks with sugar, 1 tablespoon. water and vanilla.
  5. Whisk the whites separately and combine with the chocolate dough.
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 175-180 degrees.
  7. The finished cake will increase in volume.
  8. The cake can be layered with cream.
