Ingredients
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon honey, alternatively also agave syrup
- 40 g flakes, puffed
- Flakes for topping
- 85 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 1 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon sugar (also a sugar substitute)
- 10 g cornstarch
- 50 g dark chocolate

- For 3 dessert glasses
- For the first layer:
- Mix the quark, water, honey and 40 g flakes and divide into the jars. Then distribute n.B flakes on the quark layer.
- For the second layer:
- Mix milk, cocoa, sugar (an alternative if you like) and cornstarch in a saucepan and then bring to the boil.
- Now distribute the pudding between the glasses.
- For the 3 layer:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and distribute it between the glasses.
- Now put the jars in the refrigerator and only take them out when the whole thing has cooled down.
- Just before consumption, distribute a few more flakes as a topping on the 3 glasses.
