- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 0.5 ½ baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 3 cans mandarin (s)
- 750 ml juice (collected mandarin juice, top up with water if necessary)
- 2 packs cake icing, white
- 2 packs cake icing, red
- 600 ml sweet cream
- 3 packs cream stabilizer
- 3 packs vanilla sugar
- 3 packs sauce powder (vanilla sauce, without cooking)
- 300 ml juice (multivitamin juice)

- Separate the eggs. For the dough, mix 5 egg yolks, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Beat 5 egg whites until stiff and add to the batter. Put the batter on a small baking sheet.
- Bake in a non-preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
- For the topping, drain 3 cans of mandarins while collecting the juice. Boil 750 ml of the juice with 2 packets of white and 2 packets of red cake icing. Put the mandarins in the icing and stir well. Now distribute the mixture on the dough.
- Beat 600 ml of cream with 3 cream stiffeners and 3 vanilla sugars until stiff and spread over the tangerine mixture. Mix 3 packs of vanilla sauce with the multivitamin juice and pour onto the cream. Chill the cake until ready to eat.
- Tip: You can also prepare it a day in advance.
