Ingredients
Butter – 110 Grams
Honey – 100 Grams
Flour – 230 Grams
Baking powder for dough – 10 grams
Spices – To taste (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.)
Directions
Prepare all ingredients.
In a deep bowl, combine the flour, diced butter, baking powder, and spices to taste.
Rub everything with your hands until crumbs.
Add honey. If the honey is thick, then melt it in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove beforehand.
Stir the dough until you get a homogeneous mass that sticks well like plasticine. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, flatten and refrigerate for an hour.
When you’re ready, simply pinch off small pieces of dough, roll up walnut-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Flatten the cookies slightly with the bottom of the glass or with your hand. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees (top and bottom) until golden brown. Do not overdry the products!
