Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder

  • 375 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites

Instructions

  1. For the filling of 375 ml milk, 1 packet of pudding powder and 150 g sugar, cook a pudding according to the package instructions. After cooking, stir in 100 g butter and let cool.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the base. To do this, put all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and stir together. Put the quark dough in a greased springform pan.
  3. Now stir 5 egg yolks into the cooled pudding. Beat the remaining 5 egg whites until stiff and carefully fold them into the pudding mixture. Now place the filling on the quark dough.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C fan oven for 30 minutes. Then switch down to 150 ° C and bake for another 20 minutes.
