Eggs Stuffed with Chicken Liver

A very tasty snack for any festive table – eggs stuffed with liver. Nice and tasty. I recommend it for the New Year’s menu 2021.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 8 pcs.
  • Chicken liver – 300 g
  • Butter – 2 teaspoon
  • Bulb onions – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Stuffed egg products in front of you.
  2. Wash the chicken liver. Boil water in a saucepan, put in boiling water, cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Remove the liver onto a plate, cool.
  3. Pour chicken eggs with cold water. Boil. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Pour eggs over with cold water, cool.
  4. Peel the onion, wash and chop finely. Preheat a frying pan, add butter. Put the onion in hot oil. Fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Refrigerate.
  5. Peel chicken eggs, wash, cut into halves along the egg. Take out the yolks.
  6. Pass the boiled liver through a meat grinder twice with fried onions. Grind chicken yolks with a fork. Combine everything in a bowl.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Add some mayonnaise to taste. Mix well. Minced meat for eggs is ready.
  8. Fill the eggs with minced meat.
  9. Decorate the finished stuffed eggs with mayonnaise and herbs. Refrigerate. Eggs stuffed with chicken liver are ready.
