Ingredients

  • 10 elderflower umbels with a short stem
  • 200 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Dip the elderflower several times in cold water until they are clean! Drain on kitchen paper.
  2. Make a thick pancake batter from flour, milk, eggs and salt!
  3. Pull the drained elderflower through the thick dough and fry in the 180 degree hot fat while swimming!
  4. Then remove excess fat on kitchen paper and generously sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture!
