- 300 g spelled flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 3 tablespoon agave syrup
- 225 g soy yourt (yourt alternative)
- 100 ml rapeseed oil, cold-pressed
- 150 g muesli (fruit muesli)
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Knead all ingredients except for the muesli. Knead the muesli into the finished dough. Shape the dough into 12 rolls and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
