Delicious chicken soup with tomatoes and sour cream is made from available ingredients and the result is amazing.

Ingredients

  • Chicken leg – 1 pc. (250 g)
  • Potatoes – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Tomato – 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc. (70 g)
  • Sour cream – 2 tablespoon. (60 g)
  • Dill and parsley greens – 10 g
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Water – 1.5 l

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for your favorite chicken tomato soup.
  2. Boil the chicken leg over low heat in 1.5 liters of water until tender, about 30 minutes.
  3. Take the leg out of the broth, let it cool, disassemble the legs, leaving only the meat. Divide the chicken into small pieces.
  4. Strain the broth and pour back into the pot.
  5. Put chicken meat in a saucepan with broth, put on the stove to boil.
  6. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Pour into the broth, cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Cut the tomato into small cubes too.
  8. Put the tomato in the broth with potatoes and chicken, cook for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
  10. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  11. Pour the fried onions into the chicken soup with potatoes and tomatoes.
  12. Also add sour cream to the soup, salt, and pepper, cook for a couple of minutes.
  13. Finely chop the greens.
  14. Add herbs to soup, cook for 1 minute.
  15. Chicken soup with tomatoes is ready. Enjoy your meal!
