- Prepare foods for your favorite chicken tomato soup.
- Boil the chicken leg over low heat in 1.5 liters of water until tender, about 30 minutes.
- Take the leg out of the broth, let it cool, disassemble the legs, leaving only the meat. Divide the chicken into small pieces.
- Strain the broth and pour back into the pot.
- Put chicken meat in a saucepan with broth, put on the stove to boil.
- Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Pour into the broth, cook for 5 minutes.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes too.
- Put the tomato in the broth with potatoes and chicken, cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
- Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Pour the fried onions into the chicken soup with potatoes and tomatoes.
- Also add sour cream to the soup, salt, and pepper, cook for a couple of minutes.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Add herbs to soup, cook for 1 minute.
