Ingredients
- 1 roll (s) puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
- 100 g herbal cream cheese
- 150 g ham, diced
- 100 g feta cheese (mini cubes)
- 1 egg (s)
- basil
- oregano
- pepper

- Roll out the puff pastry and brush generously with cream cheese. Season to taste, then top with ham and feta. Roll up the puff pastry tightly.
- Cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Whisk the egg, brush the slices with it and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the fan oven and at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool down a bit before serving.
