Ingredients

  • 2 roll (s) puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 5 spring onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 80 g raw ham, Italian, air-dried
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry rolls and brush with the sour cream or crème fraîche. Salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the spring onions into rings, finely dice the bell pepper and mozzarella and spread on the cream. Chop the ham a little and distribute it on the mass as well. Finally sprinkle the grated parmesan on top.
  4. Roll up the puff pastry roll from the longer side and cut into slices with a sharp knife. Place the slices on three baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake for 15-18 minutes.
