Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy, add the eggs and stir in. Mix flour with baking powder and pudding powder and stir into the egg yolk cream with 4-5 tablespoons of milk.
From half of the dough, place 5 piles of dough on the tray with tablespoons and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. After 10 minutes, brush the surfaces of the Americans with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk and finish baking.
Take out the Americans and let them cool on a rack. Bake another 5 Americans from the rest of the batter.
Roughly chop the couverture and let it melt in a water bath. Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and approx. 1 / 2-1 tablespoon hot water to form a thick glaze. Brush 5 Americans with chocolate on the flat underside, the rest with the icing. Let dry well in a cool place.
