Strawberry Purée on Quark with Fine Banana-vanilla Note

Ingredients

500 g strawberries
2 tablespoon sugar (heaped )
some lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Strawberry Purée on Quark with Fine Banana-vanilla Note

Instructions

For the strawberry puree, wash and clean the strawberries and finely puree them with the remaining ingredients. The amount of sugar can vary depending on the sweetness of the strawberries.
Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Puree the banana with the lemon juice. Mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and banana puree and fold in the cream. The amount of sugar required can also vary here, depending on the sweetness of the banana.
First pour the quark into a glass or a bowl and then pour the strawberry puree over it (the quark should be completely covered).
