- 500 g strawberries (frozen) or fresh
- 400 g rock suar, white
- 7 clove (s)
- 1 ½ stick cinnamon
- 1 star anise
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 ½ liter vodka

- Put the frozen strawberries and spices in a large container and cover with rock sugar. Pour vodka on top and let it steep for at least 3 months - the longer the better (swirl once a week at the beginning so that the rock sugar dissolves better)
- Pour off the liqueur, filter it and ideally allow it to rest for 1 to 2 months.
