Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, hotter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli flakes
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 4 slices pork belly, a 160 g
  • 2 medium chilli pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. First mix the oil, paprika, garlic cloves, Tabasco and chilli flakes to a marinade.
  2. Then turn the pork belly slices and 2 whole chillies in the marinade and then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Now cook the pork belly slices and the chillies on the medium-hot grill for 6 - 7 minutes on each side, brushing with a little cold water while turning.
  4. Comes really good - but is only for people who like to eat spicy!
