  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful nuts
  • 40 g oatmeal, tender
  • Fruit your choice

  • 1 shot milk, possibly

Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt with the quark until it is pleasantly creamy, add a dash of milk if necessary, then stir in the oatmeal and linseed and cut the bananas. Then cut the apple into small pieces and add it. Now chop the nuts a little and add them as well.
  2. When eating, remember to chew thoroughly and a lot, this will extend your feeling of satiety by a full 2 hours. Drink a nice large glass of water beforehand so that your circulation can also absorb the whole thing.
