  • Fresh herbs – 2 sprigs
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Salt – 1 spoon for the dough + for the filling – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

  1. Combine the water and kefir. Stir and beat the egg into the mixture. Stir again with a fork.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Add about a third of the flour. Start mixing the flour immediately.
  4. Melt the margarine and put it hot to the flour mass. Mix everything well.

  5. Put the rest of the flour. Knead the dough for the meat flatbread. Leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the chopped herbs and onions to the minced meat.
  7. Add spices to the filling and mix it.
  8. Divide the dough into balls and roll them into thin round sheets of equal size. You can use a saucer as a round stencil.
  9. Put a thin layer of minced meat and fresh herbs on one sheet.
