Fragrant Duck with Brussels Sprouts

Greetings, I want to tell you how to cook a fragrant duck with Brussels sprouts. This dish is very easy to prepare, and you will definitely enjoy its delicate taste.

Ingredients

  • Duck Meat – 1 Kilogram
  • Brussels sprouts – 400 Grams
  • Onions – 3 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground pepper – To taste
  • Spices – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Rub the duck in advance with vegetable oil, salt, pepper and spices. Until then, peel the onion and chop it coarsely.
  2. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until soft.
  3. Place the onion on a baking sheet, put the duck on it, drizzle with the oil that remains after frying the onion. Place the duck in the oven for about one hour.
