  • 275 g puff pastry, from the refrierated shelf
  • 150 g salami
  • 5 Vienna sausages
  • 400 g Emmentaler, rated
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon stock, granulated
  • 1 tablespoon coffee cream
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Grease a springform pan. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it for the springform pan. Cut the salami into small cubes and the wieners into thin slices.
  2. Dissolve the broth in a little water and mix with the cheese, eggs, salami, wiener sausages and coffee cream and pour the mixture onto the puff pastry base.
  3. Cut the remaining puff pastry and lay it on the mass as a grid. Bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
