Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, send to a saucepan, pour cold water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and remove the froth. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into cubes and the carrots into strips. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the onions and carrots.
After 10 minutes of boiling the chicken, send the potatoes to it, cook for 15 minutes. We send the frying to the pan and you can already salt it.
Chop the processed cheese, chop the greens without stalks. We send everything to the soup and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese is completely dissolved. Be sure to try it with salt, if necessary add salt.
