French Cheese Soup with Chicken Recipe

  • 450 g chicken fillet
  • 4 processed cheese for soups
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 heads onions
  • Carrot
  • 20 g butter
  • salt, pepper
  • parsley and dill
  • 2.5 l water


  • Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, send to a saucepan, pour cold water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and remove the froth. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into cubes and the carrots into strips. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the onions and carrots.
  • After 10 minutes of boiling the chicken, send the potatoes to it, cook for 15 minutes. We send the frying to the pan and you can already salt it.
  • Chop the processed cheese, chop the greens without stalks. We send everything to the soup and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese is completely dissolved. Be sure to try it with salt, if necessary add salt.
  • The cheese soup is ready. I recommend serving with crackers. I dried them myself. Bon Appetit!
