Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoon applesauce
  • 300 g blood sausae in the intestine
  • 8 tablespoon puree (mashed potatoes)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the black pudding and cut it lengthways. Peel the onions, cut into rings and place in a bowl. Dust with flour, knock off the flour again.
  2. Make mashed potatoes (fresh or from the bag). Arrange the applesauce in a star shape on two plates. Place the mashed potatoes in the middle as a mirror.
  3. Put two pans in place, heat the oil. Fry the black pudding in one pan, fry the onions in the other until golden brown. Put the fried black pudding on the puree, spread onion rings over it. Now sprinkle with chives and serve.
