Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices or small pieces. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  2. Cut the breakfast bacon into fine cubes, fry them with the onions in a pan with hot butter until crispy. Add the potatoes and let them fry until crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
