Instructions

  1. Brush both slices of toast without toast with peanut butter. Cover a slice of toast with slices of banana.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the bacon very crisp and drain on kitchen paper. Place the bacon on the banana slices, place the second slice of toast over it with the coated side facing down and press lightly.
  3. Brush both outer sides of the sandwich with the butter, carefully place in the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides for about 2 minutes. The peanut butter and banana need to be soft.
  4. Cut the sandwich diagonally with a large, sharp knife. High in calories but very tasty!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
