Ingredients
- 2 slices toast
- 2 slices cheese, with good melting quality
- 1 banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter, crunchy
- 2 tablespoon jam, strawberry
- Pepper, red

- Spread one slice of toast with the peanut butter and one with the strawberry jam. Then put a slice of cheese on top.
- Now place the toast slices in a heated pan and lightly brown.
- In the meantime, halve the banana and cut into slices. Then let these caramelize in the pan. Now sprinkle the toast slices with the red pepper and place the caramelized banana pieces on top. Take the toast slices out of the pan, fold them up and cut in half.
