Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 100 g chocolate, (pieces)
- 100 g peanuts, chopped unsalted
- 1 egg (s)
- 120 g suar, brown
- 120 g peanut butter
- 60 ml oil, neutral
- 250 g buttermilk

- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Place paper cases in the wells of a muffin tin.
- Put the flour in a bowl and mix with baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips and 60 g chopped peanuts. In another bowl, whisk the egg lightly. Add the sugar, peanut butter, oil and buttermilk and stir well. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir only until the dry ingredients are moist.
- Pour the batter into the tray and sprinkle with the remaining 40 g of chopped peanuts. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C (fan oven) for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the muffins rest in the baking sheet for another 10 minutes, then remove them from the tin.
